Cancellation and Returns
The customer must initiate the cancellation process within 24 hours of placing an order. Pls, mail us at purchase@dgodfitness.com in order to cancel the order. Pls, mention the order no in the mail. No cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing an order on the website.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. ( returns and exchanges only on accessories and apparel and not on supplements )
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Refund shall be initiated from our side within 2-3 working days from receipt of returned product or from the date of the cancelled order.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Supplements are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
