A deodorant is a must have in every gym goers bag. working out makes you sweat a lot and sweating leads to bad odor. Accept it we smell like onions. Wether you take intra or post workout supplements or not I recommend sipper to anyone who goes to the gym. Taking water breaks during workout and going to the water dispenser disrupts your focus, someone might hold you for a conversation. And your short break might become a long one. Plus who wants to get cups dirty every time you drink water. If your gym has paper cups you need to save paper, or if your gym has reusable cups how do you know how well they are washed or cleaned ?

Bluetooth Headphone
The technology today is at its best. Most gyms play their own music and at times the music they play is not something which pumps and motivates you. Gone are the days of hands free and wired headphones. Wired headphones is an outdated technology, plus with a wired headphone you need to carry your phone with you in the gym, the wires get tangled often, it’s a problem carrying the phone and running on the treadmill.
